3. Recording fees as required by local legal authority.
4. USPS Priority Mail with Signature confirmation delivery to local recording authority.
5. USPS Signature Confirmation mail to the Property Owner. USPS First Class mail to all additional legal parties (Customer, General/Prime Contractor, Lender, Surety).
6. Hard copies and PDF files of all documents given to you.

Releasing a construction lien: $90 + county recocording fee (prepaid)

Includes:
1. Recording fees as required by local legal authority.
2. USPS Priority Mail with Signature confirmation delivery to local recording authority.
